Ms. Manswell is the founder and CEO of Path Forward Consulting, a boutique firm that leverages her expertise in consulting with small, mid-size and large-scale organizations, training from design through delivery and evaluation, and coaching from individual contributors to senior executives and groups.
Mostly importantly, she is the mother of three sons, who have grown from being her ‘millennial roommates’ to accomplished young men who are all scholar/athlete/entrepreneurs. Her hobbies include world travel and cultural events that include food, music and dancing.
